Title & Settlement
In this region, although Buyers can make a request, it is customary for the Seller to choose the Title Company. You will have the opportunity to meticulously vet your new home’s title, take care of all necessary legal documents, and protect the future you envision.
Home Inspection
My recommended inspectors are people I have trusted for many years. They will provide thorough and accurate results, and get you to closing with the confidence you deserve.
Insurance
I can get you to the perfect home. Jenny McGhee can get it insured. Here is my own personal insurance agent of many years to guide you in protecting your new home. She is incredible at understanding your needs and preparing cost-effective quotes with the coverage that’s right for you and your home.
